Each request whose service process displays the Device item can be assigned a link to exactly one AM object.

Setting Up Path to SD Console

You can display and create requests from AM Console in SD Console. If the SD Console is not correctly installed on the working computer, you can select the file path to the ServiceDesk.exe file manually.
  1. Go to the AM Console and select Tools – Settings... command from the main menu.
  2. On the General tab set the path to the SD Console.
Warning:

If the SD Console is neither installed correctly nor the path to the SD Console has been selected manually, you will not be able to use features which require the SD Console (creating requests, displaying requests in SD Console, displaying requests related to an object in SD Console).
