Custom Workflow

This process requires good knowledge of the ALVAO Service Desk database. URL workflows can be set up in Admin.exe, Service properties, Extended – Other settings – Custom workflow (URL) tab. This URL will be used for every access to the request details. The URL can include special symbols.

Symbol Description
~ Represents the Portal address
{0} Represents the request number (without its prefix and extension)

Example: "~/Custom/HdTicketNew_NewEmployee.aspx?iHdTicketId={0}"
