Types of Links Between Requests.
Link types used for links between requests are defined in the TicketRelationType table which has the following columns:
Column |
Description |
BeginName |
Link name from the point of view of the source request. |
EndName |
Link name from the point of view of the end request. |
Directional |
Permitted values are 0 and 1. If set to 1, the link is directional, i.e. "Link A to B" and "Link B to B" are two different links. |
Cyclic |
Permitted values are 0 and 1. If set to 1, the link may not create a cycle. Example of a cycle: A is linked to B, B is linked to C, and C is linked to A. |
OneToMany |
Permitted values are 0 and 1. If set to 2, the target request may not contain more than one end link. |
MenuOrder |
The order of links in menus. |
TicketRelationTypeBehaviorId |
When defining a custom link, always use the value 1. |
Only adding new custom links is supported (TicketRelationTypeBehaviorId = 1). Other links are created by the system. Do not edit or delete them.
