Create Query Wizard – Step 3

In the third step of creating the query to database define what you want to monitor in the properties of objects selected in the step 2.
The items in the list (object properties) represent the columns in the print report which will be the result of the query. The order of items specifies the order of columns in the result. The window content changes according the property selected in the table – the parameters are set for each property individually.

Options:

  • Edit – edit the selected column header.
  • Up – move the selected column one table row.
  • Down – move the selected column one table row down.
  • Note:
    The up and down buttons contain only an arrow and you can find them next to the bottom right corner of the table.
  • Only include rows where – enter a condition which the values should match eventually: select an operator and enter a value to compare. For example, you can use "<64" for the RAM size.
    • AND, OR – select the connecting operator eventually and enter the second condition which the values should match. Select AND if both conditions have to be met, and OR if it is sufficient to meet at least one condition.
  • Include in print report – enable if you want to include the selected column in the final print report.
  • Property type
    • Do not distinguish – select if the property can be the custom or the inherited type.
    • Custom – select if only the custom properties should be used.
    • Inherited – select to use only the inherited properties.
  • Aggregate function – enable the functions which result you want to display in the final print report footer.
    • Number – displays the number of property items.
    • Sum – displays the sum of property values.
    • Average – displays the average property value.
    • Minimum – displays the minimal property value.
    • Maximum – displays the maximal property value.
