Create Query Wizard – Step 4

In the fourth step of creating the query to database define the row sorting of the final print report.

Options:

• Group by – select a column in the list which will be used as a grouping criterion for the rows in the final print report.
• Sort by – select columns in the list, values of which will be used as a sorting criterion for the rows in the print report. Select the sorting direction for each of the selected columns. Primarily, the rows are sorted by the row selected higher.
  • Ascending – select for sorting from lowest to highest value.
  • Descending – select for sorting from highest to lowest value.
