Periodic alerts

On this page you can manage periodic alerts which are automatically sent via email.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • New periodic alert - create a new alert.
      • New - Device warranty expiration - create a new alert for devices with an upcoming warranty expiration date.
      • New - Software licenses validity expiration - create a new alert for licenses with an upcoming expiration date.
      • New - Configuration and operation issues - an alert for new records in the Diagnostics log. By default, the alert is sent to Administrators and Configuration administrators daily and contains all log records generated over the last 26 hours.
    • Edit - edit the selected alert.
    • Delete - delete selected alerts.
    • Enable - enable the selected alert to start processing it.
    • Disable - disable the selected alert to stop processing it.
  • Periodic alert table - contains all alerts and their selected attributes. You can customize the table as needed.
  • Selected periodic alert - when you select an alert in the table, a panel will appear to the right of the table with information about the selected alert.
