Notification

On this page you can set up automatic notifications about the occurrence and progress of tickets. This is the common setting for all services, which is only used if the service does not have custom notification settings.

Options:

  • Notifications to the solver
  • Notifications to requester

  • Notification styles - notification style settings
  • MS Teams add-in notifications - section is available only with Teams add-in license
    • Provide consent - if there is missing any right needed to send notification, you need to use this link.
