Software license

On this page, you view details of the selected software license.

Options:

Command panel
- Edit - edit the license.
- ...
  - Delete - delete the license.
Tabs
- General - properties of the license
- Assignment - a table of computers and users this license is assigned.
  Available commands:
  - Assign license - assign this license to computers or users.
  - Edit - edit the selected assignment.
  - Delete - delete the selected assignment. The assignment is deleted permanently.
- Products - a table of software products covered by the license. The primary product of the license is marked by the star icon in the Record type column. Just one product can be the primary product of the license.
  Available commands:
  - Add - add a software product.
  - Edit product - set the selected product as the primary product of the license or change the notes of the selected product.
  - Remove product - remove the selected products from the license. Each license must have at least one product.
- Attachments - a list of attached documents to the license.
  Available commands:
  - Add document - choose or create a document to attach.
  - Remove document - remove the selected document from the attachment list. The document itself will not be deleted.
- Related licenses - a table of the other licenses relating to the license.
  Available commands:
  - New relation - create a relation between licenses.
  - Edit relation - edit the selected relation using the same form as for the New relation command.
  - Delete relation - remove the selected relation.
- Log - a log of all operations performed on the license in past.
