Voucher Link To Object

Each voucher can be bound to one or more objects. For example, a computer purchase invoice is bound to the computer. A computer handover protocol between two employees is bound to the computer, as well as to the two employees. Voucher Links to objects allow you, among other things, to search for all handover protocols related to a certain computer.

Create Link

Select an object in the Objects tree.
Go to the Main Window, select the Log tab, right-click in the table and select Add – Link to voucher from the context menu.
The Vouchers window opens. Double-click the voucher that you want to link to the object.

Tip:

You can use the search in tables feature in the Vouchers window to search for a specific voucher; see Search for values and Filter.

Remove Link

Select an object in the Objects tree.
Select the Log tab in the Main Window, right-click on the voucher whose Link you want to remove, and select Delete from the context menu.
