Custom Items
Custom items are user-defined items which can be added to the following entities:
- Request
- Person
- Organization
- Service
- SLA
- License
Custom items can be edited under ALVAO Admin – Manage – Custom items.
Warning: Custom items can only be edited by users with the datareader, datawriter and also the DDLADMIN permission enabled.
The values of custom item are usually displayed on the Other tab in the entity edit forms.
