Custom Items
The window displays a list of custom items, i.e. the items of request, service, person, organization or SLA which have been defined by any of the ALVAO Admin application users.
Warning: Custom items can only be edited by users with the DDLADMIN permission enabled.
Options:
- Refresh – updating the window content.
- Add – adding a new custom item.
- Edit – editing the selected custom items.
- Delete – deleting the selected custom items.
