Assign Computer to Employee

The previous example explained the methods that you can use to find the PC29 computer set in the tree. Now we are going to assign this computer to a new employee.

  1. Select the PC29 computer set in the Objects tree.
  2. Go to the main menu and select Object – Move object.
  3. The Select Target Object window opens where you can select the user who will be assigned the new computer set (e.g. Our Company Inc. Business Department – Sales Department – Jane Smith).
  4. Confirm the date and time of the action.
  5. The object will move under Jane Smith in the tree.

Now you can print the Handover protocol.

  1. Right-click on the PC29 computer set in the tree and select - Print from the context menu.
  2. Select Internal handover protocol, differential.rep.
  3. You can provide additional information in the Internal handover protocol, differential window if necessary. Click OK to finish.
  4. The Handover protocol preview opens. Click the button to print the protocol.
