Description of AlvaoSampleEN Database

You can see the objects tree in the left-hand part of the main AM Console window.

In the tree root, there is an object called Mycompany Inc. which represents the entire organization. The organization has the following structure:

• Our Company, Inc.
  • Business Department
  • General Management
    • Sales
    • Marketing Department
  • IT Department
  • Production Department
• Warehouse
• Disposed assets

The individual users are located on the respective organization levels. Each user contains computer sets and other objects that the users have been assigned.

If you look e.g. at the user David Cooper (Our Company Inc – Business Department – Marketing Department – David Cooper), you can see he has a mobile phone, PC39 computer set, and a phone assigned.

The PC39 computer set consists of LCD and the computer itself. The computer set may also include a printer, a UPS etc. The computer further contains a number of components, such as the motherboard, the CPU, the memory, hard drives, network cards etc.
