Adding the Default incident service and Default incident SLA properties into object templates

  1. In the object templates in the tree in AM Console, search for the required template into which you want to add the Default incident service or Default incident SLA properties.
  2. On the Properties tab select the New property command from the context menu.
  3. In the Property definition – please select item window, search for the Default incident service or Default incident SLA properties, mark these properties and click on the OK button.
  4. The Edit window will appear for individual properties. Enter the value for the property into the Value field and click on the OK button.
  5. Select the edited template in the tree and use the Object Unify objects command to add the new properties into all existing objects of this kind.
Note:

If you want to add the Default incident service or Default incident SLA properties into more templates, you can copy the properties (Ctrl+C) from the Properties tab of the object they have been added to and insert them (Ctrl+V) on the Properties tab of the other required objects.
