Viewing Requests in Service Desk Console

  1. In the AM Console, search for an object for which you want to show related requests.
  2. Go to the Log tab or to the Properties and Objects tabs in the log and select a record which contains the "Request" value in the Record kind column.
  3. Select View in Service Desk in the context menu.
    Note:
    The View in Service Desk command is not displayed unless the SD Console installation is registered in Windows registries and the path to SD Console is set up manually.
  4. The SD Console window will display all requests related to the same object as the request for which the command View in Service Desk has been used. This request is already selected in the newly opened window.
