Services

Services are delivered to requesters over the Service Desk. Each service has its solver team and SLA, can have its e-mail address, etc. One service can have multiple solver teams, each of them for a different group of users. Examples of services: IT, Facilities Management, Car Fleet Management, Marketing services etc. Services can be generic, or specific, e.g. IT, IT/Servers, IT/Servers/Backups etc.
