File

The File menu allows to set the ALVAO Service Desk Console and advanced work with requests.

Options:

  • Analyze in MS Excel Sheet – converting the requests from the given tab to MS Excel.
  • Save to file – saving the selected requests into a .csv file on the drive.
  • Print – displaying a preview of the HTML document which can be subsequently printed.
  • Database
    • Database Manager – opening or creating a new database.
    • SQL query – opens the SQL query window.
    • Restore deleted items – restores the selected deleted items.
  • Login as different user – allows the user to log into the console by entering a name and password.
  • Settings – basic settings for the ALVAO Service Desk application.
  • Help – displaying the Help welcome page for ALVAO Service Desk Console in the browser.
    • Web ALVAO Service Desk – opening the ALVAO Service Desk home page in the browser.
    • Web ALVAO – opening the ALVAO home page in the browser.
    • About – displaying the basic information about ALVAO products and licenses.
  • Exit Service Desk – closing the ALVAO Service Desk Console application.
