For easier orientation in the request communication, the creating report containing the request specification is marked with the “flag” icon and the Request Resolved notification message is marked with the “tick” icon. You can also mark other events in communication in the same way, either when they are created, or later when they are edited by the Edit command. You can also remove the mark later.

In the ALVAO WebApp, you can also mark events directly on the Communication tab by using the Mark as important command, or Mark as a solution, or by clicking the icons below the event author's portrait.

Note:

You can only mark communication events that can be edited. Notifications can be changed only by the service team members.
