Change status

When the task is completed within the request status, the solver moves the request further within the defined workflow by using the Transit to status command or by changing the status in the Edit request dialog. The request cannot change status while approval is in progress.

When changing the status, the user is prompted to fill in the required fields for the given status. Required items and workflow can be set on the Processes page.
