This page is used to set general parameters of the ALVAO Service Desk system.

Options:

• Service Desk WebService (URL) – enter the URL address of SD WebService. Enter the address of the servicedeskwebservice.asmx file. E.g.: http://server/servicedeskwebservice/servicedeskwebservice.asmx
• The default way to submit a request for another user – select the value that will be pre-filled in at the Method of requesting item in the New request form while performing manual request writing.
  Tip:

  If you require the operators to select the request submission method every time when he writes the request on behalf of the user, select the empty value.
  Note:

  When writing the request on behalf of the user using the ALVAO Call Center Connector module, the phone value is pre-filled regardless this settings.
• Text font in HTML – if you use a uniform corporate style for written communication, enter a font definition in a CSS format. E.g.: font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',Calibri,Tahoma; color: #000000
