If you are using a uniform Corporate Identity (CID) for writing communications that specifies the typeface and other font parameters, you can set the font as follows:

For the default font of formated text messages and events that are written by users in ALVAO applications, see ALVAO WebApp – Management – Service Desk – Settings – General.
For the font of notifications that ALVAO sends to users by e-mail, see ALVAO WebApp - Management – Service Desk – Settings – Notifications – Notification styles.
