Add SLA

The form is used to allocate SLA for selected services to users. Users with an SLA assigned to a service have the requester role in that service.

• SLAs - select the SLAs that you want to allow (or disallow) the user (group) to use in the selected services.
• Select services, ...
• Permissions
  • Access - allow or deny access to a user (group) to the selected SLA on the selected services.
  • Default SLA - enable if you want to a user (group) set the selected SLA on this service as the default.
    Deny if this SLA must not be the default for the user (group).
    
  Caution:

  Denying access takes precedence over granting access.
  Note:

  
  A group that is allowed to use SLA may include several users who are not allowed to use SLA. Therefore, the right to use the SLA is granted collectively to all members of the group and then denied individually to those few members.
  The same logic is used to set the default SLA.
