Ticket approval

Some tickets require approval. Upon the completion of the approval process for your ticket, you will receive an email notification, or you can track it through the ticket Workflow tab, or the Approvals tab.

If you are an approver of a ticket, you will also receive notification via email, from which you can Approve or Reject the ticket. You can also find all tickets awaiting your approval in the Tickets - Approvals tab.
