How to submit ticket
Let's create your first ticket. There are many ways how to create a ticket, but the most common way is to do so via the Alvao app.
- It's simple: On the Home page, click on New ticket.
- Alternatively, navigate to the Service catalog, select the desired service for the ticket, and fill out the form.
Then you can check all your submitted tickets with all their details, where you can track their progress.
You can also create a ticket by sending an email (if it is allowed by your administrator) or by using ALVAO for Outlook and ALVAO for Teams add-ins.
