Add field

In this window select an field to add to the New ticket form.

Options:

  • Available fields - In the field menu, double-click the field you want to add to the form, or select the field and press the OK button. Ticket fields that are set up in the process of the service being edited are placed at the top of the list. They are followed by all ticket custom fields regardless of the process settings.
    Only fields that are not already on the form are displayed in the menu.
    System fields that are not set up in the process are not displayed in the menu.
    • Search - type in at least part of the name of the field you are searching for.
  • New field - create new custom field.
