Automatically report security incidents to NÚKIB

The SecurityIncidentReportingToNÚKIB application automatically reports security incidents to NÚKIB and generates an XML report in the official format required by NÚKIB. Once approved by the security manager, this data is automatically sent to NÚKIB.

SecurityIncidentReportingToNÚKIB manages the approval process based on custom fields entered in the process settings. It automatically composes an email and an XML security report, which is then sent to the NÚKIB email address cert.incident@nukib.gov.cz (stored in tProperty) after approval.

You can modify the email template in the Advances settings. This template is that is stored in tProperty. AutomaticReportSecurityIncidents.NUKIB.EmailTemplate and is available in Czech and English. This template contains the following tags: [$SecurityManagerName$], [$OrganizationName$] and [$PhoneAndEmail$] (see section 3.1.4 for more information). Email is sent in the same language as the service language.

Approval of reporting a security incident is done in the state in which is Report incident to NÚKIB – approval set to ON. After approval, the ticket is automatically transferred to the state with Report incident to NÚKIB when transfer to this status set to ON.
