Troubleshooting

In case you are experiencing any problems with Alvao, there are a couple of diagnostics options available:

  • Known issues - check whether the problem has already been discovered and diagnosed. If available, use the workaround solution described there.
  • Use the Administration - Settings - Configuration check command to automatically search for potential problems in configuration of Alvao.
  • Operational logs - dive into operational logs for potential causes of the problem.
  • In the case of a problem with Alvao web application in browser, collect a network trace and analyze it, or share it with ALVAO support team.
