ALVAO Asset Management
On the Objects page:
- Create multiple objects at once with the New object - From template command, which has replaced the New object command. (T174117ALVAO)
- Create multiple copies of an existing object easily with the new New object - Duplicate existing command. (T174117ALVAO)
- When importing objects from a CSV file using the New object – Import CSV command, you can review the data in a preview table that is now integrated directly in the import form. The import doesn't block you as it runs asynchronously in the background. (T179497ALVAO)
- The selected object will remain selected even if the web page reloads. (T149720ALVAO)
On the Administration - Asset Management - Object templates page:
- Using the Add properties command, you can add multiple properties to an object template or even to multiple templates at once. (T178135ALVAO)
ALVAO Service Desk
On the Tickets page:
- The default table views for requesters and solvers were revised. They will be applied only to new users. (T169997ALVAO)
- The calculation of the number of unread tickets in table views has been optimized to speed up application response and reduce database load. (T178527ALVAO)
On the Tickets - Ticket page - Objects tab:

Create new objects directly on the Ticket page using the New object command. The command offers the same options as the Objects - New object set of commands. The created objects are automatically linked to the ticket.
The command can also be promoted to the first position of the main command panel on the other Ticket page's tabs through the Administration - Service Desk - Processes - Process - Workflow - Edit - Behavior section - Pin commands - New object option.

On the Ticket templates page:
- Members of the Administrators, Configuration administrators and Service administrators user groups can now manage all ticket templates for all services. They don't need to be part of any service team. (T178493ALVAO)
The default service catalog has been updated with focus on cybersecurity and user experience that follows current security standards and best practices, e.g., Cyber Essentials, DORA, and ISO 27001. The default catalog is automatically deployed when a new Alvao instance (database) is created. Existing customers can update the service tree manually. (T183122ALVAO)
ALVAO Advanced Workflows
In the Administration - Service Desk - Processes - Workflow - Edit - Behavior - Automatic ticket creation - Edit - New rule form:
- You can now define a template by which the initial message of the new ticket will be automatically generated. The template can contain variables representing values of the source ticket fields, and also formatted texts, hyperlinks, and images. (T151269ALVAO)

ALVAO Asset Management Intelligence
Using the Objects - New object - From document, you can create new objects by extracting information from an invoice or delivery note in PDF format. This feature is in the Insider preview stage. (T174117ALVAO)

Also Entra ID guests can now log into Alvao. If the user is a member or guest in multiple Entra ID organizations (tenants) registered in Alvao, they can switch organizations in the user menu. (T178648ALVAO)

- Computer object properties are always updated by scans. It's no longer possible to turn it off. (T181056ALVAO)

The ticket view - Communication tab has been enhanced by the following features to align the experience with the Objects - Object page:
