How to submit ticket
Let's create your first ticket. There are many ways how to create a ticket, but the most common way is to do so via the Alvao app. It's simple: Go to the Home page, select a service in the left-side menu, and fill out the form. Then you can check all your submitted tickets with all their details, where you can track their progress.
You can also create a ticket by sending an email (if it is allowed by your administrator) or by using ALVAO for Outlook and ALVAO for Teams add-ins.
