Software licenses

On this page, you can manage software licenses in ALVAO Asset Management.

Options:

• Command panel
  • New license - create a new license.
  • Filter- optionally, filter the licenses viewed in the table.
    • Computer/user - enter the name of the computer or user that has been assigned the licenses you want to view.
    • Product - enter the name of the software product which licenses you want to view.
  • Edit - edit properties of the selected license.
  • Delete - delete the selected licenses.

Deleted licenses disappear from the table, but you can view them in the Archived table view tab.

• License table- consists of the following views:
  • Active - all active licenses.
  • Archived - expired and deleted licenses.

You can customize the table as needed.

• Selected license - after selecting a license in the table, the panel with the selected license will appear on the right.
