From this page, you can reach everything you will need for your work with Alvao.
- The Home page is the best starting point. It provides a brief overview of services you can request, your submitted tickets, your assets, news, and knowledge articles.
- Alvao is all about tickets. Learn how to create your first one.
- To get useful information from the service teams, see Knowledge base.
- Stay up to date with everything important with News.
- With the user menu (on the top right corner) - My assets command you can check assets assigned to you.

Sample data
To easily explore the main features of the application, you can work with sample data—unless your Alvao administrator has already removed it (Administration - Initial setup - Remove sample data).
The sample data includes tickets, services (forms for creating new tickets), news posts, and knowledge articles. You can access all of them from the Home page, or from their respective application pages:
