Loading messages

On this tab you can set messages loading from the mailbox for this service.
If the message contains a symbol of existing request in the subject, it will be automatically loaded to its log. A new request will be created based on the messages without request symbols.

Options:

• Server
  • IMAP Server – enter the IMAP server name.
    • Port – enter the port for communication with the IMAP serve.
    • SSL – enable if you want to communicate securely with the server.
  Note:
  You can use the IMAP interface to connect to different e-mail servers, such as Exchange Server, Lotus Domino etc.
  The IMAP server connection requires the server name, the login name and the mailbox password.
  • Exchange Web Service URI – specify the mailbox path which usually uses the following form:
    http://SERVER1/ews/exchange.asmx
    You also need to enter the name and password to access the mailbox.
    Note:

    Message attachments with the .msg and .eml extensions are not supported.
    Note:

    The interface is supported by Exchange Server 2007 or later.
• Login
  • Username – enter the username to log in to the mailbox.
  • Password – enter the password to log in to the mailbox.
    Warning:

    The mailbox access password stored in the database is not encrypted.
• Settings
  • Load unread messages only – enable f you want to load only the messages not indicated as read from the mailbox.
  • Mark selected messages as read – enable if you want to mark the messages processed by the MailboxReader as read automatically.
  • Move loaded messages to – if you want to move the message to a specific folder in the mailbox after being processed, enter the folder name.
  • Delete loaded messages – enable if you want to delete the processed messages from the mailbox.
    Unless you are provided with emptying the mailbox otherwise, we recommend to leave this option enabled.
