Notifications

The tab allows to define the settings for the sending of automatic notifications about the creation of requests and the progress of their solution for specific services.

Options:

  • Send notification to operator/solver if

    Please refer to the Notifications page for more info on notification types.

    The setting has three statuses:

    • On – the notification will be sent.
    • Off – the notification will not be sent.
    • Not specified – the settings for notifications are governed by the joint settings for all services, see the table on the Notifications page.
  • Send notification to requester if

    See above for more info on notification types and statuses.

    Possible settings:

    • Send standard notification – a standard notification will be sent.
    • Send custom notification – a custom notification will be sent. You can create it using the Define button in the Message template window.
Warning:
This is how to set notifications for a specific service. Operators and solvers can set the sending of notifications for individual services themselves in the ALVAO Service Desk Console.
