System Users

The User List is shared among all parts of the ALVAO system. Their administration is described in System User Settings.

Application List Manager

This user flag is specific for Monitoring. It specifies users with access to the application settings, such as unrecognized applications and custom applications.

Access to Activity Records

By default, activity records can be accessed by the user and his/her managers. If you want to change this policy, use the Global Monitoring Settings.

The access to records can be set up also on the users level, more specifically under user properties on the Monitoring tab. This is where you can define user groups and individual users who will be able to access the activity records for a selected user. Groups can use the same settings.
