SLA

In the main window table there are SLA (Service Level Agreement) and the selected parameters of their settings displayed.

The table editing options can be found in the Edit menu.

Tip:
In the table it is possible to filter and group, customize current view or create other views.
Note:
The SLA changes in the SD Console and also in the WebApp will take effect immediately (no need to restart).
