Operating Hours

The window serves to manage the operating hours.
The operating hours are ordered in the left column, the settings of the specific time selected in the left column is then in the right part of the window.
The time rules defining the service operating hours are ordered in the table under general settings.

Note:

The operating hours are assigned to SLA defining the service usage level.
Each SLA has the parameters First response time and Time to resolve which are counted right in the assigned operating hours.

Options:

  • Menu
    • Add – creating new operating hours.
    • Edit
      • Add item – adding a new time rule.
      • Edit item – editing the selected time rule.
      • Delete item – deleting the selected time rule.
      • Exceptions – exceptions for operating hours management.
    • Delete – deleting the selected operating hours.
  • Name – please enter the operating hours name, e.g. "7x24", "5x8", "office hours" etc.
  • Description – enter verbal description of the operating hours eventually.
  • Notes – enter any internal notes eventually.
