Log

Go to the View menu and select Log. This will open a window similar to the list of requests. However, the upper part of the Log window contains the entire Service Desk Log, i.e. all messages sent and received, as well as any events that have occurred.
If you sort these events by date, you will receive a detailed overview of all activities in the system for a certain period. Filtering the events by the Note column and using the asterisk (*) character enables you to search the log easily, e.g. for the solution for a specific issue. If you need to process the log further, we recommend sending the table contents to MS Excel.
The events saved in the request log can be edited only by the record author.

Note:

Log records older than 3 months are automatically moved to archive. Archived records are not displayed by default. You can view them using the button in the bottom right corner of the table or using the command from the Table – View Archive context menu.
