Service Desk Operation Report
Follow the steps below to create a detailed Service Desk Operation Report for a certain period (day, week, month etc.):
- Select View – Print Reports – Service Desk Operation Report.
- A window will open where you can select a period for which you want to create your report. For example, if you enter the end date 1/10/2006, the report will contain all data recorded until 1/9/2006, 12 p.m. Select a service for which you want to create your report. Click on OK to confirm.
- A window with the report will open. If you select File – Edit mode, you can edit the document in this window before you print it. You can also use File – Send to MS Word to send the document to MS Word and File – Save as to save the document as an HTML file.
Warning: Service Desk Operation Report on the selected service can be viewed only by the given service manager.
