Service Desk Operation Report

Follow the steps below to create a detailed Service Desk Operation Report for a certain period (day, week, month etc.):

  1. Select ViewPrint ReportsService Desk Operation Report.
  2. A window will open where you can select a period for which you want to create your report. For example, if you enter the end date 1/10/2006, the report will contain all data recorded until 1/9/2006, 12 p.m. Select a service for which you want to create your report. Click on OK to confirm.
  3. A window with the report will open. If you select FileEdit mode, you can edit the document in this window before you print it. You can also use FileSend to MS Word to send the document to MS Word and FileSave as to save the document as an HTML file.
Warning:
Service Desk Operation Report on the selected service can be viewed only by the given service manager.
