Creating New Request Templates

  1. Select new template on the Request Templates page.
  2. The New Template page opens – fill in the Template name and Service fields. You have to select a service in which you are an operator or manager. Otherwise, you will not be able to save the template. Other items are optional and you can add them by selecting the respective options.
  3. Click OK to save the template.
