Request Templates
- Request templates facilitate creating repetitive requests.
- Request templates are created directly for specific services. You cannot create templates without creating a service first.
- On the request templates, you can set automatic request creation with selected repeating.
- You can set up a default request template for each service in the Service Catalog. The template will be used to set the default values of input fields in the request form.
