Restoring Deleted Request Templates

  1. Go to the Request templates page and select Show deleted in the table menu. Deleted request templates will show as inactive (gray) in the template list.
  2. Select a deleted template that you want to restore and then use the Restore deleted command from context menu.
  3. Restored templates will be shown as active (black) in the list.
