Scheduling Requests

For each request template, you can set the requests scheduling – automatic requests creation according to a template.
Warning:
If you edit the scheduling settings, you will cancel the link to the previous created request in the sequence. So the system will behave like no request has been created yet.
Tip:
We recommend to check the MailboxReader program events protocol regularly, where the messages on scheduling failures may appear.

Enabling the requests scheduling

If you want the requests to be created automatically according to the template, use the following procedure:
  1. In ALVAO WebApp go to Request templates.
  2. Create a new template or edit the existing one.
  3. Click on Schedule
  4. Enable the Create requests automatically according to this template option.
  5. Set the requester and request repeating.
  6. Click on OK to confirm.
