Creating New Requests from Template

  1. In the New Request form, click on Use template which opens a window where you can select a template.
  2. In the template list, double-click the template that you want to use.
  3. The New request form opens and the items that are stored in the template are already filled in. Fill in the remaining items and save the request.
Note:

The templates for services not using custom form are not displayed in the template list.
