Changes to ALVAO settings are automatically logged in the event log on the server where the ALVAO Server is installed. You can view the content of the log as usual in Event viewer – Application and Service Logs – ALVAO Audit.

The following changes are logged:

Login and logout of users to/from applications
User information changes
Allocation of users and groups to groups
SD service permissions
Allocation of SLA to SD service requesters
AM object permissions
Permissions to AM object properties

Note:

AM Console writes to the log via SD WS. If SD WS is not installed on the server (e.g. when using only AM without SD), changes made in the AM Console will not be logged.
