The IIS server needs to be installed and configured correctly to run the ALVAO WebApp. For non-agent detections to work correctly, the server on which Collector is installed should be running at least Windows Server 2008 R2 or later. If the server is running an older operating system (Windows XP), the correct function of non-agent detections cannot be guaranteed (especially for 64 bit stations).

Other Network Computers

The system can register any computers and devices regardless of their operating system.
However, if you want to use automatic hardware and software detection, the computers must comply with the following requirements:

- Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8.1/8, Windows 7, Vista, XP – can be detected with or without the Agent
- Microsoft Windows 2000/95/98/Me/NT4 SP6 – can be detected with Agent 5.0 only
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later – for Agent installation
