Master page

This page is used by requesters as the main page of the ALVAO WebApp, where they can search for information in ALVAO and make new requests.

This page is only accessible in the Insider Preview mode.

Options:

  • What can we help you with? – enter the text you want to search for in the following agendas:
    • Your requests (i.e. requests you are the requester for) – the name of the request is being searched.
    • Knowledge based articles – searches for the name, annotations, article text and titles of attachments.
    • Current news – searches for the name and text of the message.
    • Services – searches for the service name (including the path in the tree) and keywords. Click on the found service to make a new request.
  • Make a new request – if you want to make a new request, select one of the five most recently used services from the menu, or by using the link below the menu go to Services catalog to select another service.
