Edit
The Edit menu serves for working with the elements currently viewed in the main window.
Warning: The commands of the Edit menu open various windows in dependency to the current content of the main window.
You can view and manage users, groups, services, processes, SLA, organizations, or categories of requests in the main window.
Options:
- New – creating a new user, group, service, process, SLA, organization, or category of requests.
- Delete – deleting the record selected.
- Restore deleted – restoring the selected deleted users, services, SLA or organizations.
- Hide accounts – hiding the accounts of selected users. Typically the auxiliary people are hidden in order to execute the Loading users from Active Directory correctly.
- Restore hidden accounts – restoring the accounts of selected hidden users.
- Profile settings – setting the user profile by copying the other user's profile settings.
- Set password – setting the user password.
- Delete portrait – deleting the portrait of a person.
- Edit – editing the selected user, group, service, process, SLA, organization, or category of requests.
