Manage

The Manage menu contains the options for system settings and the ALVAO system individual products management.

Options:

• Users – displays a list of users in the main window. For detailed information refer to User management.
• Groups – displays a user groups list in the main window.
• Asset Management
  • Software profiles – creating a set of profiles where you can specify which software is allowed, which software is forbidden and which software is required.
  • SAM – notification – setting the automatic notification of missing license.
  • Signing Documents over Web – setting the protocol signing over web.
  • Settings... – ALVAO Asset Management global settings
• Service Desk
• Monitoring
  • Computers – settings of the computers which are to be monitored.
  • Settings... – ALVAO Monitoring global settings
• Servers... – setting the automatic searching of computers in network
• Rules for incoming messages – user-defined rules for receiving incoming messages.
• Languages – the language settings will take effect in ALVAO Admin, ALVAO Asset Management, ALVAO Service Desk, and on the Portal. All applications share the same language settings.
• Custom items – user-defined items in the list of requests. These items can have any meaning.
• Settings – setting the server to sending messages.
