SLA
The combinations of SLA and services available for the given person or group respectively, are displayed on the tab.
Tip: Customize the table: It is possible to filter and group, customize current view or create other views.
Options:
- Add – adding SLA to the given user or group respectively.
- Remove – deleting SLA from the list.
Note: The SLA changes in the SD Console and also in the WebApp will take effect immediately (no need to restart).
