the tab displays a list of groups the user belongs to.

Note:
Among the groups you can add the user to, there are groups defining the user's role in the ALVAO Service Desk and also ALVAO Asset Management systems.
Tip:
Customize the table: It is possible to filter and group, customize current view or create other views.

Options:

  • Add – adding the user into new groups.
  • Remove – removing the user from selected groups.
  • Properties – editing the selected group properties.
Warning:
Those changes will take effect in the SD Console after the given user restarts it (or after 6 hours).
(In WebApp the changes take effect immediately.)
